1. Can I change my order once I have placed it?
    Please contact us as soon as you realise there is an issue with your order and we will try to help. Please keep in mind, sometimes we may be unable to edit your order as it may already have been processed.

  2. What can I do if I purchased the incorrect size?
    Please Note: Product may vary and colour may differ slightly from photos due to lighting/monitor settings. 


  1. Can I return an item?
    We always recommend to contact us regarding orders if unsure but all sales are final. We do not refund for change of mind. 


  1. I received a faulty or damaged item. What should I do?
    In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is faulty or damaged we are happy to help you out with a replacement or refund if the product you have purchased is:

If you wish to return your product/s for change of mind you are eligible for a credit only. Your credit note will last 3 years from the date of issue. You are only eligible to receive a full refund via Laybuy or ZipPay if the goods are faulty and can't be easily fixed or replaced or are not as described.

  1. Do my payments stop if I return an item I brought on AfterPay or ZipPay?
    You still have to continue paying your payments as you will be issued with a store credit for the full amount that you paid originally, which you may use straight away. Credit notes last for up to 3 years.
